After initial booking with 6 hrs layover, Cheap Flights Fares updated booking with a better flight with Delta with 1.5 hrs layover for the same price. The communication was good and was informed in timely manner both via phone and email about the update. Their customer agents on call were courteous and quickly resolved a billing issue. Will use their services again.
