I book a flight. I checked on it and was told they were were waiting for my CC to clear ? I checked later and was told I did not get the flight because the price almost doubled. I then booked a flight with another airline, which went through right away. 6 or 7 hours later I get an email notifying me that my original flight was booked. Then I had to call cheap flight and tell a person I could not understand what happened. After 30 minutes she finally canceled and said I would get a refund ….. very poor customer service!!! I will never waste my time again with cheap flights. The name cheap was a red flag .
