I booked a roundtrip ticket from SFO-Beijing. On your website, it shows " Free cancellation within 24 hours". I called back to cancel it within 1 hour, an agent refused to cancel and asked for $250 fee. I called back again within 2 hours, another agent refused to cancel and asked for $75 fee. Based on website, agent fee should be $5-$15, not $75/$250. I tried to cancel “Korean air” ticket since their seat fee is too expensive, then order on your website for ANA (All Nippon Airways) with cheap seat fee. So you still make money on my booking ticket. I do not understand why your agents refuse to cancel my ticket free charge. Anyway, it took me 3 hours on the phone without cancelling my ticket. I have to give up. It is sooooo bad experience/frustration to cancel ticket. I almost try to sue you. I thought seat selection was required before, so I wasted extra $200 to select seats. Customers can sue or dispute the fee you charged for "Free cancellation within 24 hours". 2: all agents online should get the training aboutt seat selection is just an option.
