I called your customer service helpline 2 days before my flight was due to inform you that my date of birth was incorrect on my flight information. The person who was helping me informed me that it would cost an additional $257.00 to re-issue my ticket with the birth date corrected. He said it was the only way to correct the error. However, when I called American Airlines they said it was a simple matter to remedy - just arrive a little earlier. As a result, I can't recommend your company.
