When I was purchasing the ticket, I was prompted by your site to do one way each leg. As soon as I purchased my one-way and went back to purchase the return flight price changed and I could not buy my return flight what was quoted on the website. I called the customer service and this gentleman was very rude. Not ready to listen. When I was talking to him, it was still showing me the original fare, but I was unable to purchase it. The website will not let me, the original lower rate. If someone cares, then they can call me on my cell anytime 734-497-8170 The customer service rep called me today 10/20/2023 and resolved the issue. This person was kind and courteous and was 180 degrees different from previous person.
