Original comment and 2 star rating: They charged me $77 for a carry-on and then I got a statement from the airline saying the carry-on charge was $28
UPDATE: I got 2 calls explaining the discrepancy. The callers tried to be helpful, explained that the $28 was a partial charge and gave me a $25 travel voucher, but the Aliegients website offers a deal with 1 carry-on AND a choice of seat for $53 so I still only added 1 star to my rating.
UPDATE 2: I never got the travel voucher and the 20% codes they emailed me didn't work, so it's back to 2 stars.
