Was hoping as a first-time customer that I would have been able to cancel within 24 hours of purchase and get a full refund. However, I was given a $10 credit. Won't be using it and won't be back to cheap flights. It wasn't even an effort made to try and work with me. It wasn't a flight I wanted to cancel so quickly after booking but things happen. I know now to steer clear of them. Go to Expedia or anywhere else.
