Terrible experience. I originally was booking through the website. I deleted the fill to add myself as a passenger and the website didn’t ask me to enter my name. I booked and added my email. Everything was right, but the passenger info was wrong. I called immediately to change the passenger for myself and spent hours on the phone getting it corrected. Then I was charged $100 for the name change and I did it immediately after booking. Needless to say, I don’t ever want to book with Cheap Flights anymore. Almost missed my flight. I received ny ticket 1.5 hours before my flight was departing.
