Immediately after I booked a Frontier flight Foster called me and said that one of the flights had been cancelled and he tried to get me to book a different flight on United. He tried to get me to change it to a layover in Detroit rather than a direct flight to San Juan. In a follow up call with Cheap Seats, my flight was confirmed and all is well. I was satisfied with the follow up and concern about my satisfaction with Cheap Seats.
