I bought my tickets and it was for 1000 dollars, when I took the flights, I was able to take my first but not my back trip , they said that the flight was canceled and refunded to a card that I don’t even know , that means that somebody in the company literally canceled my trip and kept my money , and now I have to wait 3 weeks because they are going to investigate, that is internal deft and I’m going to sue this company if I don’t get a response back from them.
