Their website shows Free Cancellation within 24 hours. However, after I booked the ticket, I received a confirmation email saying there will be a fee if I need to cancel the trip. Then I called customer service. They told me they have to charge me $300 to cancel it. It’s ridiculous…will never book a ticket on this website
