While my initial remarks about this booking experience were quite negative, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the company was so responsive and positive in correcting my complaint. All of my issues are now satisfactorily resolved, and I look forward to using this service again soon. Such prompt attention to a problem speaks highly of CheapFlightsFares and (regrettably) is all too rare in today's business environment. My one suggestion for improvement is that the Cheapflightfares' website should be revised to better reflect ALL charges which might be assessed when canceling a reservation, TO INCLUDE THOSE ASSESSED BY THE COMPANY ITSELF.
