Had to book a flight for a medical emergency. When booking flight, I emphasized that the return flight needed flexibility as I was unsure when I would be able to return. Agent assured me that I would be able to change flight if necessary. When I called to reschedule return flight, I was told that it was not possible, and I would have to purchase another ticket for the return flight at an additional cost of over $1K. The agent that booked my flight was not working the day I called to reschedule and manager could not approve. This was very frustrating and disappointing. Other arrangements had to be made that cost additional $$. Very disappointed in cheapflightsfares and will not be using them again. Make sure when booking flights agent includes his/her offer in the confirmation. The day of the return flight the original agent called and said I could change my return flight if needed. He apologized because he was the only one that knew the original agreement. Unfortunately, I was already at the airport.
