I was charged 200 dollars more for a one-way flight even though I used a "flight credit" that was for a round-trip. How is a one way flight 200 dollars more than a round-trip... I even looked at the flight before calling to check the price point, and it should have been fully covered by the flight credit... and the customer service representative was unpleasant. Never booking through this service again.
