I feel cheated by this travel agency. When I bought the air ticket it showed me that the value of the taxes was being included in the total to pay. Then I received a notification that the transaction could not be made, I reviewed it and decided to call to resolve it. The customer service is very bad, the operator of the customer service center was a disrespectful person, he threatened me saying that I had to pay the taxes again with them or the airport was going to charge me much more money than this agency charges. I feel misled with false information. I honestly will not use this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
