Poor cust srvc! On'hold' too long (to resolve Booking issues Ref#1726340). I was also overcharged;matter resolved after several phn calls! Reps should make 'footnotes' so there's better communication btwn them! This incident left BADD impression (going forward). Hotel discount shouldve been offered 'upfront' to 'make good' of a BAD situation (recovery) NOT sending coupon 2 days later/via email! KNOWING i've booked hotel alrdy by then (so 'too little too late')! Ive booked with CF in the past (3 previous flight bookings)..and NEVER encountered this horrible situation! NOT GOOD..
