I paid you in advanced for two stowed bags. I get to the airport and they say that’s impossible. It’s not a real thing that was the start to my honeymoon. I had to pay for bags on my way to my honeymoon and my way back that I already paid for… I tried everything to get reimbursed from you. I’ve probably spent a couple hundred dollars in my time and my wife’s time to get nowhere with customer service at least next time I know you’re a scam artist won’t pay for my bags upfront. I doubt you’ll even get back to me after this review, it’s been months and it still bothers me.
