We were directed to this website looking for flights to Puerto Rico on Kayak. I got a very good price on a round trip flight and Gerald was very helpful. I was able to verify with a ticket code that I had booked a flight on Spirit Airlines. Gerald was great about walking me through the process, even when I panicked and was afraid this site was a scam. He even offered some alternative ways to get to San Juan, such as other airports, airlines and slightly different times, which was helpful. We had a wonderful experience.
