They are VERY misleading. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are rude, and can be downright NASTY. For a representative to tell me that I booked a very cheap flight, so what do I expect .... ???? Plus of course they are India based so communication is difficult at it's best. Basically tell you, you're on your own.
