You are the same price fare as if I bought directly though an Airline. There’s nothing cheaper about your price.
Your customer reps speak very poor English, Train them or don’t hire them.
I got the runaround on trying to cancel after I booked, due to my schedule change and got tossed from person A, who told me to call another cheap flights number to cancel. Train those reps to know your roles. Booking with you. i lost 80 dollars on the insurance when making the cancelllation. Bye Bye Cheap Flights- Will never use you again.
