I just booked Newark EWR to Vancouver YVR with you. It was an amazing deal with Porter Air. Either the site did not tell me, or I somehow missed it, but this required an impossible change of airports in Toronto from Billy Bishop to Pearson. Same airline, two airports and no easy way to get between them. To be safe, one would need at least five hours between flights to manage that. Prisjan kindly helped me find a solution, more money and an extra day, but still not bad. I suggest somehow modifying your algorithm with regard to Porter.
