I was happy with your agents; their help in organizing my trip with a sister; and would probably use your agency again for short notice travel. One area I feel could be improved, in comparison with airline booking, would be to seat clients travelling together next to one another without an additional fee. Of course, our travel was totally unexpected due to our Mother suffering a massive stroke, which caused each one of us to lose work income. Thus the reason we needed discount fares.
