The web site is not consistent, specifically when you make a mistake. I wanted to reserve seats for my flight and the page was originally there. I also wanted to purchase a carry on baggage but there was no opportunity to do so. So I decided to backtrack the previous page where the seats were provided and found the way to purchase the baggage. Then I tried to reserve the seats but the web page disappeared. I try calling but I was told that I have to arrange it with the airlines. I was very frustrated and decided to call the airline but to this point I have not been able to reserve the seats.
