Booked a round trip flights and received confirmation, then was told that only my return ticket was booked and I had to choose an alernative departure flight. The departure flight I booked was non-stop but now I had to choose a flight that was not non-stop. I told the representative I could not make an alternative flight and that I wanted to cancel my booking. I was told I had to pay a fee to cancel. I was originally told my original departure flight was no longer operated. After complaining I was then told it was fully booked. This site/service seems like a scam and should be avoided. I never write reviews but was compelled to do so in this instance given how bad my experience was.
