Booked a flight from Dusseldorf to Charlotte via London .
Landed in London City where already a Uber waited ( I organized upfront) to take me straight to Heathrow .. I made it on the plane - last second -- other than.. change of airports .. no further message on emails / tickets etc. I also wasn't able to book any seats etc .. im a lil stressed but ok .. my parents wouldn't have made it .
Never again!
