The process was some what easy. First time purchasing this way so I have to admit, I was taken aback with the option to pick your seat for an "extra cost" and not to mention you have to pay both ways for your luggage 76.00 each way which i almost missed and had to go back to figure out how I missed it to then add it. I honestly feel that the luggage really should be considered with the "round trip ticket" for atleast one luggage. If you're taking more then one then charge. Thanks for asking!
