There has been a lot of changes in the travel industry off late. With the basic economy and other changes the fare changes has became a trend. This agency though did put in their perspective clearly enough for us to understand their perspective. Ultimately, if the fare changes we have to put in more amount but that's on the airline not them. I appreciate them being honest about the situation, keeping me informed and doing whatever they can to resolve the matter.
