It was easy to get through to customer service to have questions answered. It was confusing since I booked for Iberia but found the flight was through American but check in was with British Airways. I will be out of the country and was told I would recieve an email with a way to contact cheapfares 24 hours prior to the flight via email to request check in and baggage notification to the airline since I paid for it already, but never received an email with this information.
