The only thing I disliked about booking is that I was offered chosen seats for a price. I paid and then did not get my selections. When you pay for an aisle seat and you are stuck in a middle seat, it’s very disappointing to say the least. There should be a refund if you don’t get the type of seat you paid extra to reserve. Otherwise, I would use CheapFlights/Fares for all my bookings.
