I confirmed purchase for a flight, only for them to deny me 12 hours later due to "the airlines changing the price" forcing me to pay double what I was initially quoted. Upon calling customer service, was given a "too bad so sad". After continued conversation with customer support and days of back and forth speaking with a supervisor, Marcellus who was nothing but kind and understanding of my situation the travel agency found a solution that worked for both of us. I am happier with my experience than I was at the beginning but keep in mind when booking there is certain paramaters that the support staff have to follow which is out of their hands. I am grateful to have been able to connect with an understanding person who did their best to fix the problem for me.
