I was able to find the flight I needed, so that was a positive. After booking, I had several questions. My first call to CheapFlights ended with me wanting to cancel the booking - very unhelpful person. I called again & reached Denise (Denis? Not sure of spelling.) They were able to calm me, explain things, complete my booking, and even found a voucher that saved me a little money. I now feel very satisfied and look forward to my trip! Thank you!
