HORRIBLE experience. First, they didn't book our bags with airline. So I contacted Chat and was told that they would fix it. Then, a few hours later I got a cancellation from the airline. I contacted support and was told that the airline no longer accepted bookings through a third-party. WHAT?!? So now I'm waiting 7 business days to get my money back and I've booked directly through the airline. Guess what? Booking with the airline directly is cheaper.
