The process was quick and easy. I don't believe the fare was any cheaper than buying direct from the airline, indeed some of the Cheap Flights charges were considerably more than those bought directly from the airline. I see little to no advantage in booking through Cheap Flights, and would not recommend the service over direct purchase, but you don't know till you try, do you?
