While I received a confirmation from Cheap flight fares I never received anything from Spirit. My husband became sick 48 hours before flight. I had flight insurance. I contacted through Cheap Flight Fares and they gave me a number. The number I called said to contact you again, they had nothing they could do. I did and was told you couldn't help. I contacted Spirit to tell them I was canceling. I had no flight confirmation through Spirit, no booking, no confirmation, no luck. No flight, no flight insurance but still paid for ticket that was never issued. I WILL NEVER USE I DIDN'T HAVE A TICKET BUT WAS CHARGED
