Youse are scammers half of your customer. Service representatives are very rude and disrespectful and you should figure out something even though you don’t reimburse a ticket y’all should be able to do something to help accommodate especially when it is less than a week of purchasing tickets if it was up to me, there will be a whole bunch of other stuff that I would say but there are good people that work for you and the rest suck balls
