Bought wrong flight and then they tried to tell me I couldn’t get a refund. Had to pull out the department of transportation guidelines for cancellation and their own T&Cs and argue for 40 minutes to reach a resolution. Ended up just changing my flight but not after 3 rounds of dispute because they were trying to charge me more than what the stated fare was on their own website and tried to gaslight me by saying it was standby fare which it wasn’t. Eventually got the fair price. Absolutely unnecessary.
