Although my initial experience didn't go over well, in part to an error I made, the following day I got a call back and an offer to try to make things right. I feel a reasonably fair conclusion has been reached. I also am under the impression the final customer service agent really did listen to me.
I had a one character omission in the spelling of my name, I was told it would cost $99 to fix this error. There were "free cancellations" within 24 hrs. Upon trying to cancel (immediately) I was told there was over a $100 feee to cancel. The terms and conditions did say free and then in finer print with a "fee". I had two unacceptable customer service experiences. I get I made a mistake however their advertising of free cancellations was completely untrue.
