I have to say that the 5 stars are for Caren - she was incredibly helpful, and considerate, and made all the difference in what was a very frustrating experience. Otherwise, the site is not worth it. They quoted me a price for a flight that was not available, and I ended up on a flight that I could have gotten myself for the same price on Expedia. I won't use Cheapflights again, but Caren is 5-stars!
