The Deals on the surface look great until you have to make changes. I made the mistake of not noticing the site by default highlights the "flexible" option, which shifted the initial dates by a day. Unfortunately, I did not notice until after the transaction had been accepted and paid. In addition, I purchased the Cancellation insurance. I called the following day to make the correction for the desired dates. When I call ed it was a huge change in cost for changing the dates. When I asked to cancel the flight the analyst told me that I would loose 80% of the cost of the original cost of the flight. Two things to really pay attention when using this service. Do not purchase the cancellation insurance. and Do not think you are getting what you pay for.. I would not recommend using this service again.
