I could not complete the reservation and purchase online. I had to call customer serivce where I was pressured to pay extra money per ticket, "claiming" seats are sold out and I am on stand-by. However, I knew that was not the case as the airlines website shows many available spots. I insisted not to pay more than what I was orginally quoted and booked with, and was able to keep the orginal price.
I am planning to use your service in the future as your advertised prices are good. Please, do not use this approach with me going forward!!
