Revision: I was contacted to remedy the situation below. While the associate on the phone was very kind, nothing has still been resolved. I would still NOT recommend this company. DO NOT use their travel insurance policy - it is an absolute scam. They charged $140 fee just to change my flight, this fee was not communicated to me while on the phone with them changing my flight. Additionally, they charged me for the cost difference between my new flight. WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF YOUR INSURANCE!!!! I rarely take the time to write reviews- let alone scathing ones- but this company should not be aloud to operate. It’s obscene.
