I was directed to Live Chat. I don't think Brooke,( agent behind live chat) was very knowledgeable regarding baggage policies. I purchased a round trip ticket for my husband John to Poland.She was not aware that Carry on luggage is free with International flights. I was charged 120.for roundtrip carry on luggage fees. How do I get this refunded.?? 7/22/24 please advise cost of checked in bag. I might want to change from carry on, to checked in luggage.
