I had an issue with the name of the passengers getting changed to incorrect names and when I called to resolve the problem I was told it was past the point of making this change which would result in cancelation fees rebooking at a higher rate. I posted my concerns in a review and low and behold a recieved a phone call from a real person who took the time to offer a resolution to the situation. So pleased to see this kind of customer service still exists.
