Booking the flight was the easy part.
We weren’t told who we were flying with and trying to check in online was fraught.
To add to the stress once arriving at the airport we were told that the FinnAir tickets we had purchased, with full baggage entitlements, was now flying with BA and no baggage had been purchased. The first BA rep didn’t care to help. The second came from a better school of customer service.
Trying to call and resolve the issue of baggage while trying to drop bags is not something I can commend the booking agent for.
They did however admit fault quickly and promised to repay any baggage costs.
