This was my first experience using Cheap Flight Fares. I chose to do this rather than booking directly with the airline. The pricing was the same. However, I opted for an add-on "Refundable Booking" which "claims" to provide a full refund for cancelling your flights, which is not available through the airline. Their refund would be in credits. When I tried to verify my reservations on the airline site, they were not available. Finally, through several attempts, the airline agreed to change the name of the purchaser which then allowed me to set up my account and see my reservations. So my concerns were satisfied.
