customer service agents should know rules better and not riff. when carry-on says "information unavailable" doesn't mean no carry on and you get charged for check in. he should have gone to jal's web page which says any economy fare gets a carry on and than sates this economy fare allows 2 pieces checked in. your agent kept on insisting i would have to pay for my checked bags and would not do the research and did not want to listen to me. very frustrating customer service.
