While we were happy with flight prices, we received misinformation about seat selection from a customer service representative prior to purchasing our tickets. He told us we would be able to select seats through Cheap Flight or the airline website, and the price range would be $20 - $200. After purchase when we went to the airline site to book seats, we were informed our only choice was to purchase from Cheap Flights. When we called. the CSR explained the pricingquoted was not accurate. She was apologetic and said she would report the incident. She was able to reduce the price of the seats we selected, but the range was no where near what was quoted initially.
