Made a mistake booking my flight, called back 2 minutes later and I was charged $200 more than hat I could see the same flight going for online
Last time I book with these crooks....
Update: I want to Thank Lauren at Cheapflights. She responded to my review the same day and refunded the appropriate funds and explained everything that had happened. Very professional, I will definitely book with Cheapflights again after this excellent service and them owning the mistake.
