Fare was reasonable until I had to pay for baggage. Not able to do this online when I booked my flight so had to call to pay extra for baggage. Would prefer to have choice to pay at time of booking. I would like more transparency. Have spoken to a representative who has assured me they will work on
Resolving this issue.
