WE PURCHASED OUR FLIGHT HAD TO CANCEL DUE TO ILLNESS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR THEY DID NOT WANT TO CANCEL OUR FLIGHT EVEN THOUGH WE CANCELED WITH IN 24 HOURS THEN THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 2 TO 3 WEEKS TO REFUND THIS TRIP THIS THIS WAS DONE VIA CREDIT CARD I HAVE Changed my review to three stars sensor credit on our credit card was done in three days not 2 to 3 weeks. We appreciate your timely response to this.
